Refund Policy
When you get coins or money back.

Failed videos are refunded automatically
If a video run fails, coins are returned to your balance automatically. The amount depends on how far the run got: a failure while writing the script returns all of the coins, a failure while generating images returns 50%, and a failure while assembling the final video returns 25%. You can see every charge and refund on your Billing page.
Unused coins: 14-day money-back
You can ask for a refund of a coin pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of that pack's coins have been spent. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our reseller, to your original payment method, and we remove the coins from your balance. Refunds usually reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
The same 14-day rule applies to each subscription payment: if none of that period's plan coins have been spent, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the charge. Cancelling a plan stops future payments; it doesn't refund the current period, and you keep your plan until it ends.
What isn't refundable
Coins already spent on videos that were generated successfully, coin packs bought more than 14 days ago, free or bonus coins, and coins on accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@vidnextai.com from your account email with the date of the purchase. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can fix it quickly.
