Terms of Service
The rules for using VidNext AI.
By creating an account or using VidNext AI ("VidNext", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Give accurate sign-up details, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Coins and payments
VidNext runs on coins. Each video generation spends coins according to the prices shown in the product before you start a run. Coin packs are paid in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle processes the payment, issues your receipt and handles billing questions and refunds. Subscription plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel; each month of a plan adds its coin allowance to your balance, and unused plan coins roll over up to two months' allowance. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Billing page. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not legal tender. Free starter coins may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
3. Your content
You own the videos, scripts and other outputs generated for your account, to the extent the law allows, and anything you upload (logos, music, text). You give us the permission we need to store, process and publish that content on your behalf to run the service. You are responsible for reviewing what is published and for making sure it follows the law and each platform's rules, including any requirement to label AI-generated or synthetic content.
4. Connected social accounts
When you connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or another platform, you authorise VidNext to upload and manage posts for that account as you configure. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect an account at any time, here or in the platform's own settings. We are not responsible for actions a platform takes against your account, such as removing videos, limiting reach or suspending a channel.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use VidNext to create or publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, impersonates real people, deceives viewers in a harmful way, harasses or sexualises anyone, or promotes violence or self-harm. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, create accounts to collect extra free coins, or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. AI-generated output
Scripts, voices, images and video are produced by automated AI systems and may be inaccurate, repetitive, or similar to content made for other users. We do not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue, monetisation approval, or any other result on any platform.
7. Service availability and changes
We work to keep VidNext running reliably, but the service depends on third-party AI, hosting and platform providers and is provided "as is". Renders and uploads can be delayed or fail. We may add, change or remove features, coin prices and supported platforms. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date above, and continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, VidNext is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, or loss of data or channel standing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Closing your account
You can stop using VidNext at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts the service or other users at risk. Unused purchased coins on an account closed for breaking these terms are not refundable.
